Altogether Now: support for young people with SEND

The Altogether Now project supports young people aged 15 to 24 with special educational needs and disabilities to take steps towards employment. You work with a member of the team on your goals, and you are linked up with group activities. These cover multimedia production, team working, employability skills, personal development and confidence building. Volunteers from local businesses often help. You join by referral: email refer@leicestershirecares.co.uk and quote ATN Project. All the charity's services are free.
