What this site is

Positively Devious is a discovery platform that lists events, activities, opportunities, and support services for young people in Leicester. We check every listing before it goes live, but we are not the organisers of the things listed here.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date. However, details can change. We recommend checking with the organiser directly before attending or applying for anything. If you spot something wrong, please report it and we will look into it.

Submitting content

When you submit a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share it (or that it is already publicly available). We review all submissions before they go live and may edit them for clarity or accuracy.

Reporting issues

Anyone can report an issue with a listing. We take reports seriously and aim to review them promptly. Misuse of the report system (for example, repeatedly submitting false reports) may result in your reports being deprioritised.

Our liability

Positively Devious is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of the events and services listed. We are a discovery tool, not an organiser or endorser. Use your own judgement and check details with the organiser directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
