You can text 07312 277097 any time, for autistic people of all ages, or if you're waiting for an autism diagnosis. Parents, carers and family can use it too. It's free and confidential, staff only share information if they're worried about your safety. You'll get a reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
