Jiu Jitsu Classes

What it is

The club runs jiu jitsu alongside judo. Monday has Judo for Jits at 6pm and technical at 7.30pm. Wednesday is no gi at 7pm and advanced technique at 8.30pm. Friday is gi at 7pm. Sunday is advanced technique at 6pm and open mat at 6.30pm. No age range is published for these classes.
